Satellite creates works with total freedom of form and aesthetic. As a French-language organisation that refuses to close itself off from the rest of the world, we reach out to audiences of all backgrounds with shows that bring people together, shake them up, provoke and move them.
Based in Moncton, New Brunswick, since 2016, Satellite Théâtre seeks, through deeply embodied, explosive and visual shows, to bring out points of view that are often reserved for the margins, by staging them with integrity, humour and a certain unreasonable go-ahead. A Robin Hood of freedom of expression, Satellite is a staunch defender of home-grown creation.
