For her third show, *Foie Gras*, Mariana Mazza has decided to speak from the heart… for a change. In this deeply personal one-woman show, the girl who grew up in North Montreal—now a gentrified woman living in Saint-Lambert with her poodles and unsold paintings—proves herself to be as brilliant as she is hilarious. Accustomed to saying things solely to provoke a laugh, she wants to go further this time and come out to the audience: she is emotional and vulnerable. The Chihuahua on Red Bull is officially replaced by the tank with a heart of porcelain. As she puts it so well: “I’m the best!” Yes, Mariana has changed. But just how much?
